Effective PD is consciously designed to actively engage learners and includes the planning, design, marketing, delivery, follow-up and evaluation of professional development offerings.

The ultimate goal of professional development is the effective implementation of skills and strategies that help your organization achieve its purpose.

The center will conduct regular workshops/seminars, short courses, conferences for traditional and non-traditional students across the region covering all areas of medical and allied health fields at this time. With the planned expansion of the university into Engineering and related field it certainly will make strides to provide multidimensional professional activities to connect the university with industry in Tanzania.
